  • Formal Treaties: Germany, Argentina, Canada, Italy, Israel, India, Chile, Spain, France, Portugal, Venezuela, UK, Latin American Multi-lateral Coproduction Treaty;
  • Without a Treaty: Minimum 40% rights must be owned by a Brazilian independent production company, and minimum two-thirds cast and main crew must be either Brazilian citizens or legal residents for a minimum of 3 years.
